To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這本是家人吃飯的地方,此間有家人生日,也得到了店方的壽包贈品。此處地方寬闊,照明光暗適中。入座後,點了餸菜,傾談間,我每次喝了半杯茶,便有侍應來為我添茶;他們的反應很快。不一會先上臘味飯,飯身軟硬適中,而臘味的甜香,吃得不想停口。繼續來了炸脆鱔,家人點菜時要求加多些薑絲,薑絲炸過後沒有辣味,只有薑的香味及脆的感覺;鱔新鮮,外脆,啖啖肉,肉間滲出肉汁。再上京都骨,沒有多餘的獻汁,味道濃厚,瘦肉鮮嫩,以染紅的雪梨作伴碟,雪梨亦可口。軟滑的豆腐及竹生,在蠔汁的薰陶下更加滑溜,生菜也烚得啱啱好。义燒酥已經有得多前輩稱讚了。而送上的壽包可作小點。更有香滑的杏仁露,可口一絶。
