這本是家人吃飯的地方,此間有家人生日,也得到了店方的壽包贈品。此處地方寬闊,照明光暗適中。入座後,點了餸菜,傾談間,我每次喝了半杯茶,便有侍應來為我添茶;他們的反應很快。不一會先上臘味飯,飯身軟硬適中,而臘味的甜香,吃得不想停口。繼續來了炸脆鱔,家人點菜時要求加多些薑絲,薑絲炸過後沒有辣味,只有薑的香味及脆的感覺;鱔新鮮,外脆,啖啖肉,肉間滲出肉汁。再上京都骨,沒有多餘的獻汁,味道濃厚,瘦肉鮮嫩,以染紅的雪梨作伴碟,雪梨亦可口。軟滑的豆腐及竹生,在蠔汁的薰陶下更加滑溜,生菜也烚得啱啱好。义燒酥已經有得多前輩稱讚了。而送上的壽包可作小點。更有香滑的杏仁露,可口一絶。
