To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經常在晚飯時間經過都見到有人排隊,所以一直都想搵機會試下。有日下午茶時段去,冇咁迫,仲有卡位坐。叫左招牌的排骨湯麵,果然是不錯!首先要讚的是,炸排骨係另上,所以唔會浸住d湯淋晒,細心!塊排骨已經係碎上十分方便,而且係即叫即炸,非常香口!雖然係即炸,但一點都不油膩。可能係因為個湯底好簡單,所以配合得好好。湯底好清,而且有淡淡的炸蒜蓉香味,配上葱粒,不會蓋過排骨的香酥感!另外,意外地發現一個香口的小食!叫紫菜腐皮卷,亦都是即叫即炸,新鮮十足!也非常適合素食人仕~
