To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後，和好友吃晚飯🤝，邊吃邊聊天👥👥，大家暢聚、暢談、暢快也其中一好友，較早前在「鄰住買」選購了一張電子兌換券，就是以特價$138購了一隻片皮鴨(一食)🔰擺盤都有氣勢喎，用一個長而大的木托盤，盛着片皮鴨、餅皮和青瓜條。托盤的四角分別寫有彩福美食四字🔰以鴨造型的大碟盛著鴨皮和鴨肉，👀視覺上真的不錯和有特色。大家都覺得以$138吃到一隻片皮鴨，實在是物超所值呢👏🏼！🔰特色片皮鴨🦆$138，每塊鴨皮是薄薄一片，有微脆的質感，而鴨肉瘦得來不會是乾和嚡的；至於餅皮更加要讚，每塊都很薄。DIY皮、肉、爽脆青瓜條和加上適量的醬，好吃好吃😋。🔰西澳龍蝦🦞$358，加伊麵底(5兩)$30，整碟的龍蝦伊麵令人垂涎，碩大的龍蝦肉搭配芡汁味道剛好的伊麵，伊麵的份量很多，各人都吃得飽飽和滿足🔰金牌脆皮燒雞半隻🐔，特價$38，原本不會對這價錢的燒雞有什麼期望，但又令人喜出望外，皮脆肉嫩，就算雞胸肉也挺好，不像坊間某些嚡到冇朋友🤣踏入酒樓時感覺良好，很光亮，枱之間有距離，坐得舒服😌。有些餸菜和甜品都想吃，我們決定再相約吃晚飯🥢
