To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我去咗一間好出名嘅酒樓飲茶,真係好開心!一入到去,啲香味已經撲鼻而來,令人忍唔住想試下佢哋嘅點心。我首先點咗蝦餃,啲皮薄得嚟又滑,裡面嘅蝦仁新鮮到爆,咬落去有種彈牙嘅感覺,真係好好味!跟住我又試咗燒賣,金黃嘅色澤好吸引,肉質鮮嫩,加上一啲醬油,味道更加出色。仲有,叉燒包都唔可以唔試!啲包子皮鬆軟,裡面包住香甜嘅叉燒肉,食一口就令人心滿意足。最後,我叫咗一壺鐵觀音,茶香四溢,啱啱好可以中和啲點心嘅油膩。服務生嘅態度都好好,隨時都會幫你加茶,感覺非常貼心。整體嚟講,今次嘅飲茶經驗非常愉快,無論係美食定係氣氛都好正!如果你鍾意飲茶,真係值得一試! continue reading

下午兩點到達,知客向每位客人大聲講「搭枱等快啲」,行去枱號途中,伙記阿姐隔空問飲乜茶。坐低就開啓自動模式,QR 叫食物,自己加水。四人套餐CP 可以,大約$300 可以有炒粉麵加點心。兩個人選擇不多。叫左潮州粉果,想要多一碟辣椒油沾蝦餃,點心阿姐話要收錢,頭也不回,行開左!我哋再問高級部長,佢大聲話係呀,食豆板醬啦,再大聲叫街尾同事比豆板醬5號枱。。。真係唔該晒! 多謝晒這酒樓比左一個難忘嘅下午我哋😜😜😜 continue reading

放工後,和好友吃晚飯🤝,邊吃邊聊天👥👥,大家暢聚、暢談、暢快也其中一好友,較早前在「鄰住買」選購了一張電子兌換券,就是以特價$138購了一隻片皮鴨(一食)🔰擺盤都有氣勢喎,用一個長而大的木托盤,盛着片皮鴨、餅皮和青瓜條。托盤的四角分別寫有彩福美食四字🔰以鴨造型的大碟盛著鴨皮和鴨肉,👀視覺上真的不錯和有特色。大家都覺得以$138吃到一隻片皮鴨,實在是物超所值呢👏🏼!🔰特色片皮鴨🦆$138,每塊鴨皮是薄薄一片,有微脆的質感,而鴨肉瘦得來不會是乾和嚡的;至於餅皮更加要讚,每塊都很薄。DIY皮、肉、爽脆青瓜條和加上適量的醬,好吃好吃😋。🔰西澳龍蝦🦞$358,加伊麵底(5兩)$30,整碟的龍蝦伊麵令人垂涎,碩大的龍蝦肉搭配芡汁味道剛好的伊麵,伊麵的份量很多,各人都吃得飽飽和滿足🔰金牌脆皮燒雞半隻🐔,特價$38,原本不會對這價錢的燒雞有什麼期望,但又令人喜出望外,皮脆肉嫩,就算雞胸肉也挺好,不像坊間某些嚡到冇朋友🤣踏入酒樓時感覺良好,很光亮,枱之間有距離,坐得舒服😌。有些餸菜和甜品都想吃,我們決定再相約吃晚飯🥢 continue reading

兩天前訂位,接電話那位女士服務態度好,所以很有期待。因應酒樓要求一天前訂了冬瓜盅及片皮鴨二食。酒樓已經在點菜單上列明了預訂的冬瓜盅及片皮鴨二食,但當我們要求上菜後十數分鐘才說:因冬瓜盅焞爆了,不如改焞湯。太奇怪了,第一次聽到這種藉口,不能兌現預訂承諾,還理所當然的自作主張推介焞湯,完全是兩碼子事,以為可以胡混過關!片皮鴨二食、酥炸生蠔、豉汁牛肉炒麵還可以,但翡翠龍躉球就魚比較腥,拔絲咕嚕肉皮不脆也不見拔絲,椒鹽鮮魷就魷魚很細件、無味及很硬,沙律𧎚多士有部分未炸熟,瑤柱蛋白炒飯就非一般能接受的味道及賣相。看見這酒樓有頗多好的食評,但簡直名不符實,只好自歎中伏! continue reading

中午同媽咪二人去攞籌等位飲茶, 等咗半小時眼見不斷有人埋單離開卻冇叫過任何籌號, 這半小時內有好多"陳太" "張太" "周太" 一到就魚貫入座, 職員笑容滿面接待佢地仲叫佢立即入座, 如是者門口乖乖攞籌嘅人冇一個入得去. 有人終於忍唔住詢問職員, 職員態度極差答我地話佢地訂咗枱... 其實明嘅, 以前年代嘅酒樓都係咁樣招待所謂熟客, 但入咗10個熟客都唔入一個新客會唔會太過份?45 分鐘過去, 其他人已走哂, 我問咗幾次之下終於叫咗我號碼, 但職員話唔入得住, 因為二人要搭枱. 其實取號時佢冇講明, 不過算喇我唔想再浪費時間, 搭枱都可以. 但佢一直叫咗15-20 個號碼全部都已經走哂, 我一直要企門口等下一個二人客出現? 我再問佢: 我已經願意搭枱, 你可唔可以安排我入座先? 佢話唔得, 我理論, 然後另一個職員出現話有張細枱俾你入去啦. 嘩~ 多謝呀!我都好配服我點解冇嬲到走咗, 因為我已經等到好肚餓. 入座後眼見好多佢地笑住嚟招呼的乜太物太直接企喺某啲枱附近等位, 一有埋單就安排佢地坐, 這就是訂位?奉勸各位, 你唔係佢地嘅熟客, 未俾過利是嘅, 唔好浪費時間, 去其他酒樓啦! 反正佢地嘅食物都全無特別. continue reading
