To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為一直都想飲Dom Perignon香檳,呢間推出既Brunch包2小時Free Flow,所以約朋友一齊黎試。坐落於Ritz-Carlton 酒店的118樓,環境唔駛講,一定正,雖然落雨天好多雲,但置身於高處享受美酒佳餚係一件美好既事,成個餐廳氛圍好relaxing,仲有音樂聽。一開始服務員送上一盤海鮮併盤,有生蠔,龍蝦,蟹腳,蜆同青口,海鮮絕對新鮮好味,最令我們有深刻印象係青口,比起出面食過既,呢度整得超好,係爽口。之後每人各自有5碟小食,當一放哂上枱時我們都嚇親,因為份量唔少。所有小食都好味,最吸引係天婦羅同soba。然後每人有一款Main course,我們選Steak同Halibut,水準高。出面亦都有sushi bar同甜品區,基本上淨係食枱上既食物已經好多,所以我們淨係拎左刺身各一片淺嚐,刺身質素都唔錯架。最後甜品就每樣拎一件share食,最吸引就係牛角包及朱古力cake。整體係一個超級滿意的美酒佳餚體驗,食物質素超班,最正當然係香檳,好飲到一杯接一杯。服務方面又係五星級體驗,侍應生好有禮貌又nice,照顧到客人的需要。所以值得推介呢間Brunch,價錢分兩個級別,分別
