今日放工突然好想食中菜所以就試下食呢間雖然話係中菜,地方裝修都一啲都唔傳統,菜色都好新𩓙特別。首先坐低侍應就問我地要咩茶。佢list左幾隻之後,我地覺得佢既自家制冷泡烏龍茶最特別,所以就揀左泥試下。佢既味道好甘香,而且十分解渴,絕對係非一般茶樓用既茶。我地見menu咁多野,就捒左幾款出面食唔到既菜色。首先泥既係滷水鵝肝。鵝肚平時食得多,但係真係未試過中西合璧咁食,估唔到其實佢地出奇地夾!入口首先有香香既滷水味(話哂都浸左好耐),好入味,咬落鵝肝既味道同佢獨有既質感先慢慢出泥,真係好有驚喜。之後我地又叫左鹿兒島豚肉叉燒,比起普通叉燒,佢呢度既叉燒真係好鬆軟,好林,煙韌得泥好有肉味。就連叉燒呢樣咁普遍既菜色都做得好特別。之後驚喜不斷,下一道菜係花鵰醉⋯乳鴿。首先,道菜上既時候都已經覺得佢色味俱佳。原來佢地係用三十年既高級花鵰去泡製呢道菜,唔怪得知食落除左好重既乳鵨肉味之外,香香既既花鵰味真係齒頰留香,唔會好似平時普通醉雞既酒味咁,好快散發哂。而佢既古法燜鱔同三蔥燜和牛肩肉都燜得好入味而且好林,一啲都唔痴牙!上湯蝦球伊面個蝦球好爽口同有鮮味,食得出係好新鮮。最後,我地都叫左佢地好出名既即焗蛋

最後,我地都叫左佢地好出名既即焗蛋撻,紅棗芝麻湯圓,桃膠燉蛋同黃金馬拉糕全部都令人回味。其中因爲蛋撻個皮係新鮮焗出,所以好鬆脆。真係好正呀!

雖然個價錢比普通餐廳高,但係因為食物質素好高,菜式都十分新穎,物超所值。所以話一分錢一分貨真係冇錯架!
