To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

物非所值的貴價food court

今日去咗金鐘嘅海富中心嘅food court食lunch，估唔到都幾多人吓，等了好一陣子才有位~這裡食物的種裡不算是太多，主要的中、西、日式食物都有提供，以food court來說，價錢算是偏貴，平均四、五十元一個午餐~今次點了個黑椒雞扒飯，雞扒煎得很香，不過醃得偏鹹，肉質幾嫩滑，算是juicy的，而雞皮亦很香脆，但礙於健康問題，咬了一小口就放棄了......至於黑椒汁的味道算是一般般的，黑椒味不太重，而且味道亦是太過鹹，白飯亦有點硬......整體而言，以這個價錢來吃food court，加上這麼一般般的食物水準，感覺不太值......
