細個食放題真係冇好嘢,但而家進步咗唔少,放題都食到單點嘅味道,叫左特上燒肉放題 ($348)有下次。安格斯肩胛脊肉係我今晚最鍾意嘅牛部位,因為比較多油花,唔需要有咩技巧都可以燒得嫩滑,點埋溫泉蛋嘅蛋汁好完美。封門柳非常大塊,燒三兩塊已經差唔多霸曬個爐。 封門柳應該係幾款之中最薄,輕輕煎下兩面就食得,牛味唔算超濃,可以話係平時日式餐廳燒牛肉丼嘅味道。翼板肉比較厚身,肉味同肉感都好突出。美國牛仔骨已經醃好咗,入味軟腍,有肉味。 因為係中式醃法比較滑身,如果有埋原味選擇,可以簡單點鹽同黑椒食就好。秘製牛肋條非常入味,完全諗起韓式大大塊牛肋骨嗰種味,肉質有彈性,用生菜包嚟食應該幾夾。香蔥薄牛舌睇賣相真係好似日本燒肉店咁,牛舌薄得黎有咬口,如果再大塊啲就更好。全晚我最愛嘅係五花肉同豬頸肉,兩款都因為油脂夠,所以燒極都唔會乾,輕鬆放一陣就燒到表面金黃,脆脆哋咁好香口。小魷魚真係好迷你,要燒得夠耐、裡外都乾哂水先好食,會有啲海鮮香味。唐揚雞軟骨係所有熟食之中最好食,岩岩炸起熱辣辣,皮唔厚、大粒爽口,作為居酒屋小食都唔失禮。清湯牛坑腩細細碟共四舊,唔洗食太多幾好。 牛腩軟滑,有平時粉麵鋪嘅水平,唔錯
