作為前菜,一份Platter for two係唔錯既選擇。有hommos(鷹嘴豆泥), lamb kefta(烤羊肉餅), babaganoush(茄子、酸奶為主的醬汁), Moroccan cigars(摩洛哥雪茄,為炸芝士棒), zaaluk(茄子蓉), falafel(油炸鷹嘴豆餅),feta cheese(菲達芝士), mixed olives and green olives(橄欖)。另外配有兩片Pita Bread一片原味一片麥味,Pita Bread好軟熟,搽上hommos、zaaluk、babaganoush,各有各美味,每款泥蓉唔會好重香料味,味道好易接受,質感滑得黎又有野咬下。Lamb Kefta外面烤得焦香,羊肉羶得黎口感鬆化,鹹度啱啱好。Moroccan cigars似春卷咁,裡面釀左cheese,好香口,但又唔會太膩。外國人都好鍾意食falafel,呢到既falafel外層仲沾左芝麻,入面係鷹嘴豆、蠶豆泥、蔬菜等整成,外脆內軟。

塔吉鍋,揀左主食係鱸魚,配上紅燈籠椒、韭菜,再用上一種摩洛哥既醃料叫Charmoula。塔吉鍋外形係三角圓錐,可以令蒸氣循環上升,減少水分流失,咁就可以保持到菜餚既水分,達至原汁原味。鱸魚好嫩滑,魚肉容易分離但又唔會散哂,醬汁以茄膏作主調,食落以蕃茄為主,配料有西蘭花、荷蘭豆等等,食落酸酸甜甜好開胃。

Cous Cous 即古斯米,係馬格裡布地區人(非洲西北部)既主食。Cous Cous係用粗麵粉整成一粒粒獨立唔會黏埋一齊既小米,比較乾身,餐廳再用橄欖油蒸煮過,食落冇咩味,所以配有羅宋湯一齊食,老闆教食法係舀羅宋湯淋係飯上面食,古斯米索左羅宋湯汁就好似湯飯咁,而主角係Lamb Shank(羊腿/膝),配上牛肉腸,羊肉都煮得好腍而且醃得入味,不過就個人口味而言覺得可以再腍啲,牛肉腸烤至兩面微焦,十分香口。

Base係Rum同Champagne,再加入青檸、薄荷葉,飲落清新,配返中東菜較多香料既食物好啱。另一杯就嗌左普通Asahi啤酒。

總括而言,本身自己咩地方既菜式都鍾意食,對中東菜雖然了解唔多,但經過今晚,食到佢地既用料冇印度果邊香料味咁重,好平均,濃味但又唔會令人接受唔到,而係舒服果種,好啱我口味,老闆又熱情,會再嚟幫襯。
