To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係南記就叫左個「酸辣豬肉米線」和「清湯魚片米線」。一如以往,「酸辣豬肉米線」好好食,冬菇好厚肉,春卷好煙韌!「清湯米線」都唔錯,但我最後都係後悔叫左清湯,所以自行加翻D辣椒油~如果想吃麻辣,我覺得譚仔雲南米線較好,但如果妳想吃一碗有好食嘅配菜嘅米線,我覺得南記會好一點。Overall, 南記is quite a renowned local mixian restaurant in Hong Kong, and there is a reason why it has such a long history. If you haven’t tried it before, I think it is worth a try

如果想吃麻辣,我覺得譚仔雲南米線較好,但如果妳想吃一碗有好食嘅配菜嘅米線,我覺得南記會好一點。


Overall, 南記is quite a renowned local mixian restaurant in Hong Kong, and there is a reason why it has such a long history. If you haven’t tried it before, I think it is worth a try
