看到openrice.com食家朋友推介,約埋兩個朋友一齊試試,叫著“冷鍋魚”、“樟茶鴨”、"蒜泥白肉"、“清炒萵筍絲”,“冷鍋魚”味道好好 ,又香又辣,完全不同出面的水煮魚,從未食過的味道,全部食嗮,好吸人!“樟茶鴨”好濃的煙熏味,好香好脆,好多地方都有樟茶鴨,但這個幾特別,推薦!“清炒萵筍絲”清清爽爽,滑脆可口,原來四川菜也有不辣... 下次一定要再食過。

冷鍋魚其實唔凍,油溫好高,原來用油鎖住溫度,小心熱!!!
