雖然還未過年,但我早已偷步,吃了數款賀年糕點,當中除了較為常見的年糕、蘿蔔糕之外,還吃了一款十分特別的糕品,是旺角帝京酒店的「松茸菌皇蠔豉糕」。這糕的用料十分新穎,不含防腐劑的它,松茸、牛肝菌、冬菇、雞髀菇等菇菌和乾金蠔早已切成細粒,埋藏在糕中,把糕煎熟,還未上碟,陣陣菌香與蠔豉香已撲鼻而來,夾來一吃,糕身不算太實淨,細碎的菌粒不時都可咬到,味道雖然沒有蘿蔔糕或芋頭糕般濃郁惹味,但蘸點香辣的XO醬吃之後,仍能讓自己吃得津津有味,轉眼便把碟上煎香了的它吃光。
