To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本我對呢一間舖頭嘅米線，其實都冇乜好感。因為口味原本都唔係好岩我，我覺得佢嘅麻辣口感比較差，所以有一排都冇去到食。但係呢排見到佢新出滕椒湯底，所以我就決定俾多次機會佢。去試一試我叫咗個滕蕉湯底米線，配豬紅。佢嘅湯底好似出面酸菜魚嘅湯底。令到我覺得好配合米線，而豬紅比較硬身，咁樣就夾落去唔會咁易散。而且佢豬紅嘅份量都比較多，都有700粒。環境來講都尚算乾淨。已落單係用手機自己落單比較方便。總括來講我都會推薦俾大家去試吓，滕蕉湯底係比較好食。
