之前成日都聽過橙象呢間泰國店,雖然同地鐵站一段距離,但係我由九龍塘站坐小色去,10分鐘就到。來之前,我專誠已經諗定會叫椰青焗海鮮飯,因為每一間泰國餐廳嘅椰青焗飯都各自有自己嘅特色,有啲會加入好多嘅提子乾,有啲亦都會用好多嘅椰汁。大概等咗15分鐘,焗飯送到上黎,最令我覺得特別嘅,唔係佢嘅果仁同花生,而係焗到熱辣辣嘅椰漿,甜得黎椰味好Rich。餐廳其中一個好出名嘅,就係佢嘅$1菜式,我特別叫咗呢一個飛天通菜,炒得香,但略嫌多咗少少油。其實而家香港人好多都注重健康,炒菜大家都偏向落少少油。之後就係呢一個青檸辣椒明爐魚,通常食呢一味菜,香料嘅配置非常關鍵,因為香料用得差嘅話,會損害左成道菜嘅風味。我特別鍾意佢加咗好多青檸同埋泰式辣椒,酸酸辣辣,幾開胃,另外就係條魚亦都好滑。飲品方面,我哋叫咗一個椰青,同埋一杯雪碧,幾好飲。
