第一次試老撾菜,遇上貼心老闆娘,好有耐性咁解釋俾我哋聽啲菜嘅材料同煮法👫🏻▫️Salt-Brined Seasonal Fish - 因為疫情關係,由凍魚變咗做煎魚,魚煎得好香無腥味。另上嘅汁有少少酸,可自行調味。▫️Seafood Crepe - 海鮮用料主要係魚、蝦、蜆、墨魚丸同埋魚腐。薄餅應該係用雞蛋同麵粉去煎,不過略嫌麵粉唔夠同埋過分油膩。▫️Seafood Rice Platter - 用料同海鮮薄餅差唔多,由薄餅轉左做飯。用料算幾多,有魚、蝦、蜆、墨魚丸、魚腐、茄子、生菜、青豆、煎蛋。飯係類似糯米飯痴痴地,再加埋香料,有少少辣,夠晒香又惹味。
