To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間馬鞍山元氣已經食過好多次，以前確實唔差，一向都多人等位，去得都預左早少少或預多少少時間等位，但有次真係好離譜，講明要迴轉枱，佢地侍應竟然安排2張唔同飛既人3對3坐同一張迴轉枱，本人係其中一張飛，d位坐2對2都ok, 但2班唔識既6人坐埋一齊(平時都照入4)，咁咪好迫(識就話坐到迫一迫啫，真係郁吓都好迫)，仲要點計迴轉碟? 好奇怪既安排，之後個侍應hold 住呢2張飛唔入，俾左後面1家4口2大1細1手抱b入去坐，安排超級差，完全唔係先到先得，只按侍應心情定先後，餐廳仲要好多食物成日冇貨，例如海膽壽司，次次都冇，之後有次終於食到，但勁唔生鮮，由原本橙色變為橙灰，見到都唔想食只可說品質愈來愈差
