To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久不久我和同事都會中午食得好啲,慰勞自己工作上的辛苦,這間酒樓提供了不同特色的點心選擇, 感覺就是不一樣。 首先,坐下叫了大紅袍茶,茶香味濃, 齒頰留香,歎出茶味精髓,深飲一口,口腔滲出淡淡茶香,精神煥發。點心之中,本人頗欣賞「珊瑚星斑餃」,用上珊瑚蚌和星斑的配搭果然換然一身,而且新鮮度十足,珊瑚蚌嘅爽配上星斑嘅嫩滑口感,果然不錯。另外,我也喜歡「花之響鈴炸兩」,響鈴多用作打邊爐的素材, 現在又是另外一種風味,響鈴與油條都是脆的, 不過前者叫爆脆,因為響鈴本身很薄容易碎,而腸粉的米䊢調教得剛好,配埋響鈴得到很好效果。
