早幾晚同朋友行銅鑼灣,之後搵地方食飯~佢帶我黎食日本野,餐廳叫和居和居。一開始先點酒盜芝士,師傅將鯛魚既腸胃取出並以清酒、鹽、魷魚既肝膽醃製再發酵~雖然略帶腥味,但獨特的鹹鮮,叫人回味;搭配軟芝士同吃,既中和鹹味亦令酒盜入口順滑,正!叫左杯烏龍茶。之後叫左粟米串燒、雞賢串燒AND 牛小排串,OVERALL 串燒咸味適中~另外辣芝士雞串都唔錯,有泡菜、芝士,YUMMY!吉列黑豚豬扒,炸到卜卜脆熱辣辣, 肉質結實但絕不鞋, 咬落夠淋有肉汁, 沾不沾醬都同樣好味。清酒煮蜆,加了昆布煮,酒香+蜆肉鮮甜,正!    燈籠椒串 - 好爽脆,Like!紫菜年糕 - 外脆內軟,口感好特別!喜歡年糕既朋友唔好錯過~涼烏冬麵,竟然有鵪春蛋可以撈黎食,第一次咁樣食法,好特別!
