平時放假最鍾意去銅鑼灣嘆下美食,特別喺京都廣場更加可謂食肆林立,早兩日我就同幾位好友去到京都六樓新開業嘅“鐵魚川式食堂”。佢地以烤魚為主打嘅放題,有多款烤魚供選擇:1)鐵魚麻辣烤魚,2)阿來冬蔭烤魚,3)青檸越式烤魚,4)鐵咀雞鍋而我地當日就點左青檸越式沙巴龍躉龍躉非常新鮮,雖然用烤魚方式烹調,但肉質仍然相當鮮甜,再配以青檸,味道相當清新,但要盡快食,太熟則會影響口感。食完條龍躉,服務員好主動幫我地加湯嘆火鍋,服務值得一讚配料好多完化,仲有我至愛手切安格斯肥牛,雪花分佈均勻,厚薄一致,六成熟,口感一流。“鐵魚”雖為新開業,但用料上乘,主打烤魚味道不錯,值得推介俾大家一試。
