之前有雜誌介紹"明師傅"係前酒店廚師主理, 又開多咗間, 當然要試下啦! 西瓜盅 - 賣相好靚, 可惜唔多西瓜肉, 只得西米, 椰果, 火龍果. 不過配比較少甜品店用嘅椰子雪糕, 香滑椰子味! 重跟埋西瓜汁, 唔錯.焦糖燉蛋 - 面層焦糖做到幾脆, 又唔會太甜. 燉蛋好滑, 可惜奶味重咗啲, 如果唔係重好味! 跟埋生果, 真係細心.
