To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特式肉餅

番工醒起好耐無黎食肉餅, 所以就同一班同事走過來試下睇下有無新menu~午餐都係普普通通包一個肉餅飯同熱飲, 凍飲加3蚊。之前已經試過佢D肉餅漢堡包, 覺得唔錯, 今次就試下肉餅飯啦~我叫左個蒙古辣孜然牛肉肉餅飯配熱檸水, 等左一陣就上了, 熱辣辣同埋聞到幾濃的孜然粉味, 肉質正常, 唔會太散, 牛肉味不太出(可能畀孜然粉遮住左), 少少肉汁咁啦, 食落少少辣辣地, 再配埋餐廳D豉油撈埋黎食, 都算幾惹味, 呢塊肉餅我覺得如果配漢堡包應該會好D~
