去親金記冰室都係食早餐,因為佢個豬膶麵都其實幾好食,有啲薑絲僻腥,好過出邊食黎食去都係五香肉丁同埋沙嗲牛肉。🤣🤣今次見到佢個餐牌有美極生炒牛肉飯,但我又唔係好想食美極,睇吓個Menu,發現原來有蝦醬生炒牛肉飯。本住試吓有冇壞嘅心態,有驚喜喎!😀😀飯粒粒粒分明,唔會黐埋一舊舊,會好似隔夜飯無曬水份,乾爭爭咁,飯粒飽滿,口感真係幾唔錯😋😋蝦醬味道足夠,味道唔會過咸,唔使再額外去落啲咩調味料,即係豉油嗰啲。另外,我叫咗杯幾特別嘅野飲🧐🧐叫荷蘭唂咕,查返資料發現舊時香港冇咁資源豐富,所以唔係人人都飲得起朱古力(可可粉、奶精、糖嘅混合物),所以師傅會用比較平嘅可可粉,直接用砂糖混合,變成呢歡特色嘢飲,入口比較苦,大概係黑朱古力同埋牛奶朱古力嘅分別。幾特別,我其實唔係好鍾意😂😂

飯粒粒粒分明,唔會黐埋一舊舊,會好似隔夜飯無曬水份,乾爭爭咁,飯粒飽滿,口感真係幾唔錯😋😋

蝦醬味道足夠,味道唔會過咸,唔使再額外去落啲咩調味料,即係豉油嗰啲。

叫荷蘭唂咕,查返資料發現舊時香港冇咁資源豐富,所以唔係人人都飲得起朱古力(可可粉、奶精、糖嘅混合物),所以師傅會用比較平嘅可可粉,直接用砂糖混合,變成呢歡特色嘢飲,入口比較苦,大概係黑朱古力同埋牛奶朱古力嘅分別。
