To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特意訂位-竟安排坐近六圍英雄宴因為光顧過幾次，覺得可以向家人推介，於是特意打電話訂座，但係一行四人就安排坐近六圍英雄宴。位於鑽石山，地方便利又有足夠嘅空間做英雄宴，其實都係一個社會責任，值得鼓勵。只是—需要知道特意訂位的客人通常都有一些喜慶事情要慶祝，這樣的安排其實都令人感到有些費解。尤其係預約咗七點入座，入座嘅時候其實係冇乜客人的，嘅都將訂位嘅人安排喺英雄隔離其實真係好奇怪，咁可能係因為唔係熟客嘅原因呀？因為不是第一次光顧留意到經理知客對某幾枱應該是熟客大概六七十歲嘅客人都會噓寒問暖一下，喺人手不足嘅情況底下都堅持呢個做法值得嘉許，似乎聘珍樓係專注於熟客。 同一個商場接近價位，類近選擇的食肆都好多，客人選擇聘真樓一定有啲原因，希望食肆會珍惜……

位於鑽石山，地方便利又有足夠嘅空間做英雄宴，其實都係一個社會責任，值得鼓勵。
