To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某日中午行街行到攰, 突然想食好嘢, 就想到去嘉麟樓... 今次叫咗香片, D茶開頭沖得太淡, 後尾叫佢沖濃D, 就好香好有茶味😍我哋唔係好肚餓, 所以只叫咗3樣嘢: 蝦餃, 燒鵝同埋班球脆麵... 1) 蝦餃ok 啦, 材料質素高, 但沒什麼驚喜... 2) 燒鵝質素不錯, 味道很好, 皮脆, 肥瘦適中, 但可惜肉有D硬, 個人覺得鏞記香D好食D...3) 呢個豉椒斑球脆麵真的令人眼前一亮! 味道很好, 斑球新鮮, 脆麵沒有一點油膩感! 連我這個平日最討厭吃脆麵的人, 都吃了1.5份! 這碟好像450+, 只有4塊魚, 有點貴...整體質素高, 雖然價格有點太高, 但還是會再來.....
