To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日式廚師發辦就食得多無諗過可以將呢個元素方入粵菜之中最近沙田帝都酒店中菜廳玉庭推出左新menu 製作出粵菜版嘅omakase同時亦配搭時令食材將粵菜多種烹調方式完美地呈現嚐粵珍味拌芒果。龍蝦拑。沙律以芒果同蔬菜製成素菜卷配搭龍蝦新鮮又爽甜幾開胃蒸拆蟹肉。拆蟹粉。香橙拆開蟹肉及蟹粉製成羹再加入空嘅香橙內蒸充滿蟹嘅鮮甜又帶淡淡橙香燴脆魚片。龍蝦。豆腐底下以滑嫩豆腐做底加上大量龍蝦肉令整道菜式充滿鮮味煎蝦蓉。原條遼參。咖哩蝦蓉內裏帶粒粒彈爽而且鮮味濃郁嘅蝦肉配上同樣彈牙嘅遼參令口感更豐富底下係蟹肉咖哩除配蝦蓉及遼參外亦可以配上烘多士炸蟹粉。拆蟹肉。南瓜好可愛嘅點心味道鹹鹹甜甜以南瓜製成煙煙韌韌嘅外層內裏充滿鹹香鮮味嘅蟹肉同蟹粉炆東坡肉。鮑魚。梅菜皇東坡肉炆得香軟入口香而不膩鮑魚同樣炆得腍身但仍然保持彈性焗芝士。拆蟹肉。糯米以焗嘅方式製作糯米包糯米粒粒充滿嚼勁唔會糊好有生炒糯米飯嘅感覺好味凍草莓。鮮淮山。蜂蜜一睇以為係雪糕!!原來係鮮淮山蓉估唔到同雪糕嘅口感都幾似質感好綿滑又帶微黏感
