放寬限聚令後,與朋友相約黃埔「日日香鵝肉飯店」吃午飯,鄰近黃埔港鐵站十分方便。原來飯店是品嘗獅頭鵝的專門店,仲係「六代傳承.非遺技藝」,非遺技藝的非遺,不知道是否非物質文化遺產的意思呢?!哈哈!如果估錯就真的不好意思!我們分享的特級鹵水鵝皇飯,有鵝腎、鵝片、 鵝肝、 鵝蛋 、 原定的鵝腸,我們改紅腸,還有伴碟的芥蘭、豆腐卜、菜甫。滷水鵝肉片與燒鵝肉味道略有不同,滷水鵝肉片較清香,且肉片較濕潤。 鵝腎爽脆不靭夠入味。相比其他家离的肝,鵝肝更甘香和有咀嚼口感。 鵝蛋真的很少機會吃到,鵝蛋黃味道與雞蛋黃略有不同,但未能表達出怎樣形容。還有滷水小食:肉質很鮮爽的墨魚。餐飲:大和豆漿 紅豆冰。在簡潔的飯堂有屏螢幕播放,簡介鵝的飼養到成為餐桌上美色的過程;頗有趣。
