To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

富山麵家以富山縣為背景，門面掛着日式燈籠，非常有日本風味🇯🇵原來佢係日本東京拉麵show拎左5年冠軍,值得一去💁🏼‍♀️特製雙拼蟹膏沾麵 🍜個名咁勁，梗係要試吓佢！湯底有3款可選，我地揀咗熱牛乳湯。配料非常豐富，有沖繩豬軟骨、日式叉燒、香濃嘅蟹膏，將蟹膏拌入麵中再沾湯來食，拉麵夠彈牙又濃味。然後食埋其他配料包括蟹柳絲、青瓜絲、粟米粒，清新又解油膩感。令我食完一啖又一啖😋😋😋 最後食埋隻流心蛋真係大滿足🥰富山灣白鹽蝦拉麵🍜濃而不膩嘅湯底，仲有淡淡的蝦香 ，配以彈牙而軟硬適中嘅拉麵，非常美味！仲有日式叉燒同埋流心蛋👍🏻令我啖啖回味😋肉汁滿滿自家製餃子 🥟餃子有脆皮嘅感覺，咬落去就有好多肉汁流入個咀入面，外脆內軟😋煙熏三文魚沙律🥗有爽脆新鮮嘅沙律菜，加入適量嘅粟米，同埋煙三文魚，味道清新開胃，真能媲美高級餐廳特色炭酸飲料🥤我地試咗市門比較少見的日本🇯🇵製的罐裝波子汽水同埋橙味汽水，飲完好gur 🤤
