在美食清單上不僅腦海滿是常出現之地，尤其系台式專門店所主供多種品質及選料、材料，喜歡叫海鮮既朋友是最好不過。而且主打有別於一般，當中配合四周環境和獨門台式風味鍋名，別樹一格最為有趣！滋潤嘅鴛鴦搭拌花膠，色澤層次大大提昇，一涮鮮味再以新鮮龍蝦鍋，不用沾醬也很入味。而吃三層拼盤上視覺最吸睛，生猛足料含有肉品及款樣多海鮮為基底更添惹味，一次過享受各有不同，油花比例讓人著迷！外皮透色鬆化，炸得脆口既魚皮，涮於鍋中保留酥脆，不論啖啖芝士魚腐帶出邪惡的一面，湊湊匯聚令人一試難忘！
