成日都見到朋友係facebook食吉列牛,一直都好想知道係咩味道,今晚終於去咗太子感受下。一入到去,見到坐無虛席,我地等咗一陣位就可以入去了。我地揀咗頂級牛格斯牛吉列御膳,一上枱大約有8-9塊牛,每一塊牛都炸到外皮係金黃色,我地只需要放上爐上面煮大約20-30秒就可以拎落黎食,有三隻醬可以點,鹽燒 岩鹽 黃芥末;食落去覺得韌度岩岩好,牛味都幾好,雖然外皮係吉列皮,不過可以因為再煎熟的關係,入口唔會話好脆口,所以吉列的味道唔會搶咗牛本身的味道。明太子手羽,係雞翼入面包滿晒明太子,食落好香。另外叫咗個鰻魚飯(大盛),可以比兩個人食剛剛好,鰻魚燒得好出色,味道好濃郁,而且唔會話好肥。呢個鰻魚飯都整得幾出色。
