近日發現之前嘅川菜館,已經變身成為"上海小籠皇" , 星期六晚更有不少本地和旅客黎食 我地一行三位女士唔食得辣,終於可以黎試下!餐廳環境很乾淨企理 , 座位寬敞舒適。前菜叫咗海蜇和魷魚鬚 , 但略嫌魷魚鬚味道有點淡。清炒蝦仁炒得清爽,不會有油膩感,而賽旁蟹則加咗乾瑤柱和扁豆一齊炒,有新鮮感。紅燒豆腐嘅口感有啲似烤麩,上海炒年糕就加咗肉絲,同平時嘅做法有點唔同,有啲特色。侍應姐姐介紹我地食油麥菜,師傅火候控制得好, 不會炒得太老,味道清脆爽甜。侍應姐姐很貼心地將松子魚等我地食咗其他菜,最後先上松子魚,所以係熱辣辣,而且甜酸醬味道調得剛好,好好味附近其他食肆都係冰室或茶餐廳,想食好啲同坐得舒服啲,推介你地黎試下。由於前身係川菜館,佢地都仲有保留番一啲川辣菜式,俾鍾意食辣嘅客人添!
