特色咖啡值得一試

中環街市重開後一直都沒有機會在正常時間逛逛，這天剛好在這裡工作，完成後立刻買一杯咖啡試試❤️這間簡約的咖啡店在二樓，有很多特色咖啡，還有一些簡單pastry讓你配咖啡吃。另外手沖咖啡和咖啡豆的選擇都比其他咖啡店多，加上店主是冠軍咖啡師，有時間一定要來品嚐起手沖咖啡！不過這天因為趕時間所以我了簡單點了cappuccino，雖然是nutty豆，但回甘口感卻是有點fruitty，這個味道頗有趣。泡沫和咖啡的融合度很高，不會有喝完咖啡還剩一堆泡的情況，聞起來未必超級香，但入口的層次是很豐富，下次配上蛋糕吃應該不錯。
