今天公司開OT,老闆請我們到嚐越吃越南菜,大家都擧手贊成!我第一次,感覺很是舒服,我們3人很餓点了4個菜!先來頭盤是南越蒸粉包,一碟2個用架子剩上,粉皮很薄也很正宗,內面包有素菜和鮮肉,味道清新!我們來了椒鹽軟殼蟹,炸得又脆又甘香, 而且軟殼蟹味鮮,咬下脆卜卜,很香口!我們3人叫了2個鐵煱火車頭,超級大碗,裏面有牛肉,牛筋,牛百業和牛丸,我們覺得牛筋特別爽,又很軟,牛肉很有牛味,而且真的很大碗,很抵吃!最後來了大海口,裏面全是海鮮,有大大隻的海蝦,蜆,青口和魚肉,加上粉絲,香草和葱花,真的是鮮上加鲜,太有特色!我們叫的椰青和雪梨薑花蜜很解喝,今天品嘗了一道特色越南菜!
