To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎食四哥，素聞佢海南雞飯好出名，但我睇到餐牌之後想要變卦，嗌左肉骨茶米線。天氣一凍就好想食D滋補養生野。大概等咗五分鐘就出左菜，速度好快！湯底同米線分開裝，客人可以自己決定湯底濃淡度。湯底香濃，材料亦好豐富，呢份肉骨茶裡就有雞蛋，排骨，豆卜同花菇。大大份好滿足。跟餐送一杯熱柚子蜜。心滿意足既一人食。仔細睇餐牌，原來佢除左海南雞，肉骨茶仲有車仔麵同麻辣小食。非常適合一家人一齊嗌唔同既菜式share，下一次會再來光顧
