今日又食日本嘢,去荃灣搵食兼買嘢。就腳去咗呢度,有啲比較特別嘅菜式,仲有個拉麵真係好好食。小食好似安鱇魚肝、味淋魚翅,都唔係太多日本餐廳有得食。安鱇魚肝有海底鵝肝之稱,伴青瓜片同日本醬油,中和魚肝既膩感,亦增加魚肝口感,鮮味甘香。味淋魚翅充滿味淋嘅甜味,提升左魚翅嘅海鮮味,就咁食或者沾d醬食,都非常惹味!拖羅鯖魚、竹籤魚壽司,火灸香味加上肉質較嫩,不過不失。三文魚腩赤海老芥辣八爪魚飯同叉燒拉麵來講,兩日都好食。魚生飯嘅三文魚腩夠肥美,赤海路就夠大隻,拉麵個湯底就最正,麵質都夠彈牙,叉燒半肥瘦,唔錯。
