To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特色小食店

以往只賣日式鐵板燒的一休現已轉形賣港式小食。一般港式小食店的陳皮魚蛋、腸粉、燒賣等全部都屬水準之作，食得出係金龍來貨加獨門秘制醬汁。最驚喜的是店舖還有賣快餐店式生炸雞脾、雞翼、炸乳鴿等，皮脆肉嫩又多汁，絕對可以同各著名快餐店媲美。還有店舖本身的強項鐵板燒已加入各式特色鐵板小食如蒜香雞軟骨、黑椒鷄尖、鐵板抄麵等，款色繁多，真係試咗成個月都未試曬。仲意掃街的我都試過很多隱世小食店，很多時都有一、兩樣撚手小食實在出色，其他的都不值一提。全部小食水準都咁平均的真心小見，食得出係出心制作的小食店！
