To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評，來左有福建鄉情feel的閩港小廚，今晚參加老友生日晏，延開四席，差不多包了個場地。老板今次特意從鯉魚門訂來多種海鮮襯托福建特色食品可為一絕！這道鹵麵本人便吃了三碗。油鹽水焗奄仔蟹，好味到暈！果皮蒸鮑魚，鮮味無比。炸醋肉，五香雞卷，一貫的好味！店內還有多種特色湯羹，小食供選擇。
