今日再次經過《姫》,老公話食多次,今次再試餐廳其他食物🥢海鮮及野菜天婦羅炸蝦嘅部分,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,外皮炸得恰到好處,冬菇嘅質地咬落去有層次感,而番薯嘅炸得香脆,內裡仍然保持住柔軟嘅口感🥢活龍蝦刺身(包釜飯)佢哋係新鮮龍蝦當場處理,所以龍蝦肉質鮮美,脆嫩彈牙,每一口都充滿濃郁嘅海鮮味道,而包釜飯部分亦都係一絕。飯粒蓬鬆,每一粒都沾滿啲龍蝦嘅鮮味,配合龍蝦肉嘅絲滑質感,真係令人回味無窮。而包釜飯底部微微焦香,帶嚟一啲脆口感,增添咗整體食物嘅層次🥢塩燒油甘魚鮫當切開魚鮫時,肉質鮮嫩多汁,完全保留住原汁原味,配上淡淡的海鹽調味,突顯出魚本身的鮮甜,係外觀上,呢道菜帶有濃厚嘅炭燒痕跡,食物表面微微燒焦,有種獨特的炭燒香氣
