同事帶路食好西,筲箕灣原來有一間出色日式拉麵居酒屋鋪面細細,雖然坐吧檯,但廚師兼老細一面煮一面同食客傾計,氣氛都幾輕鬆。😁一場嚟到,食豪d櫻月拉麵 $158 - 拉麵配豬軟骨、角切叉燒、炭燒五花腩。廚師教我哋食呢碗拉麵嘅時候要有次序:餸->湯->餸咁樣食會發覺啲湯味道會唔同。另外夾麵時,唔可以將麵撈散食,咁樣會食到唔同嘅層次。原來食一碗麵都咁大學問😂😂小妹覺得:炭燒五花腩充滿油香帶燒焦味 👍豬軟骨炆得夠林,軟骨部分一咬就碎👍角鐵叉燒又比較硬,麻麻地👎👎湯好濃郁,真的想飲曬碗湯,只可惜小妹個胃容量有限😂😂整體嚟講,真心好出色。但百幾蚊一個拉麵,又唔可以經常咁花費,實在有點貴呀😐😐😐

湯好濃郁,真的想飲曬碗湯,只可惜小妹個胃容量有限😂😂

整體嚟講,真心好出色。但百幾蚊一個拉麵,又唔可以經常咁花費,實在有點貴呀😐😐😐
