以前住過太子一段時間都不知道這棟古老建築有間專門食潮州菜嘅陳儀興,見到幾特別,決定入去食下!入面都係古色古香設計,真係幾有特色!點了幾款潮州風味小菜~🌟魚露浸花甲的花甲大大隻,凍食更能食出鮮甜味,食落去多肉有嚼勁,配上少許魚露的鹹香味已好足夠了。還有,起初以為蒜粒會好生,原來一點都不生,幾惹味。✨潮州紅燒鮑翅食落去超香口、好多翅,條條都有咬口,湯底鹹度適中,水準好好!⭐️鵝肉雙拼豆腐的鵝肉結實有咬口,而且啖啖肉,肥瘦同鹹度適中,好讚👍🏼,可以話必食!😋😋另外他們的老藥吉都好值得一飲,味道酸酸甜甜,熱飲嘅話甘吉味會出d明顯d,凍飲就refreshing仲見到店內有凍龍蝦、蟹等,有機會要來食下!ps 店內有2層的,所以都幾多位,不過食飯期間都聽到他們幾多booking、所以想去的話可以book位先!
