To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人介紹有間隱世小型意粉屋, 由年輕廚師主理, 頗有活力。我和囝囝選了 "蟹肉蕃茄忌廉意粉" 和 "煙三文魚牛油果意粉"。即叫即整份外新鮮😋 蟹肉都幾多, 酸酸地香濃番茄汁配以香滑嘅忌廉汁, 意粉煙韌及鮮味搭配剛好。鹹鹹地煙熏三文魚配以鮮香牛油果很夾, 意粉又唔腍身有咬勁。跟餐可加南瓜忌廉湯 (要額外加費), 濃郁南瓜配忌廉香甜好飲。另外免費跟餐飲料熱洋甘菊 ,寧神可口及叫了凍自製洛神花茶, 酸甜醒神。真係可以媲美有國際水準專門店, 有質素。
