阿媽同家姐出咗街血拼,得番我同老爸兩個,男人的浪漫緊係去食中餐啦!於是近近地去咗樓下西環碼頭食。西環碼頭主打海鮮,出面可以揀海鮮。近排有點熱氣,生飛滋,叫個冬瓜盅夠消暑又夠下火,點都有啖湯飲下先。飲落有濃郁的鮮甜味,冬瓜肉清甜,不會燉到溶溶爛爛。有蝦肉、帶子、瘦肉等,還有夜香花!老爸餐餐都要食魚,所以叫了古法蒸魚,其實不是全蒸,是把斑先炸,再用半炆煮的方法做,很花心思的。老實講,一向少食魚的我都覺得呢味幾唔錯,我本身怕魚會腥,當然這條魚很新鮮,完全不會腥。另外,有很多配料好似冬菰、白菜仔,還有瘦肉,吊起魚的鮮味,個汁會偏重味一點,送飯一流!另外,我呢個食肉獸叫咗個冰鎮咕嚕肉!不得了,原來真係用冰上!咕嚕肉炸到脆卜卜,出面凍凍地、脆脆的,入面還有一點暖,層次分明,絕對是巧手工的一道菜。士多啤梨酸酸地,可以消滯。我未食過冰菜,之前電視見肥媽介紹過,一於試下!上湯煮,冰菜好爽,吸收晒上湯味,仲有金華火腿絲。最後還有腐竹糖水送上,兩個麻甩佬捧住個肚番屋企!
