To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐到茶木食台色美食！ 路邊灘小食台式腸仔香甜，  花之丸入面有餡嘅，  酥雞炸得好香脆！鹽酥雞排肉燥飯雞扒好大份， 雞肉嫩滑，  仲配有流心蛋，  肉燥非常入味，適合撈飯食！烏魚子元貝手作麵 手作麵煙煙靭靭，  元貝兩粒大大粒好鮮甜， 有冬菇絲及其他配菜， 賣相非常吸引， 醬汁亦都好特別，不會太鹹 紅蔥醬燒豬軟骨麵 紅燒醬好香，  好有傳統台灣嘅味道， 用了粗麵 ，麵質唔會淋曬 ，豬軟骨炆得非常淋， 好入味不會太油膩！ 滿杯珍珠鐵觀音奶茶 奶茶一啲都唔甜， 珍珠佔了大半杯😍  非常煙靭，好正宗 ， 茶味夠香濃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻雙重茶香蜜糖磚塊Toast   非常厚身又香脆，配茶味雪糕及珍珠 ，  仲有焦糖香蕉同士多啤梨，  係女士甜品嘅必選！
