路過又凍凍地想打邊爐,咁岩見到原來呢度有一間新開嘅鍋燒餐廳,原來依家火鍋都有一個新嘅食法,就同朋友上來試吓!我哋叫咗一個牛肉炆燒汁鍋,等咗大概15分鐘,職員捧住啲一盤紅色嘅材料到來,而且將材料一層一層放落鑊中去炆!首先第一層係蔬菜嘅配料,有蘿蔔,芹菜,蕃茄,杞子同南瓜等食材。然後就到主角牛肉,有牛小排,牛仔骨等,鋪到成個鍋面都係!份量好多!以2百蚊左右嘅價錢算係十分超值!鋪完之後職員再加一點調味料,然後就慢慢炆熟。我哋揀咗海鮮特製招牌醬汁。炆熟之後好香!牛肉好入味!最緊要牛肉唔太肥,有咬口!正!食完牛肉加上湯入去鍋入面就可以用來打邊爐!海鮮拼盤好豐富!而且亦算新鮮。個人應為水餃比雲吞好吃。另外粟米超甜!金菇冇咩特別。最驚喜嘅係可以響度食埋許留山嘅甜品!唔使轉場咁麻煩!好方便!
