To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到天后一間小店飲早茶。以前讀書嗰時呢度仲係間西餐廳，附近啲食肆已經全部唔同哂….呢度將點心加入新元素，成為新款菜式。令飲茶變得年輕化👍🏻🔸奶皇流心西多士(💰38)（7.5/10）真係非常流心，啲奶皇漿流哂出嚟，味道幾好。不過佢個包邊為咗整實啲令唔漿唔流出嚟，真係炸得太硬，係太硬。🔸芝麻蝦多士(💰48)（8/10）蝦餃好多好厚，彈牙，有好多好多芝麻喺包面，炸到脆脆，好香！多士個包邊同上面有同樣問題，太硬。🔸鴛鴦燒賣(💰36）(7/10）同平時的燒賣差不多。🔸懷舊糯米包（💰32)(8/10)呢個糯米包反而令我幾surprise喎！佢用一塊薄皮包住啲糯米飯。糯米飯幾好味炒得好香好足料！臘腸香氣撲鼻😂🔸籠仔荷葉章魚雞粒蒸飯（💰40）(7/10)正正常常，幾足料。Overall評分: 7.5/10👍🏻
