身為火鍋愛好者既我,得閒就會去試下新既火鍋餐廳,今次就上網搵到呢間醉胡爐,一試佢個特色湯底,未去個時已經諗定咗係要鮮椰青雞鍋。可能因為book咗位既關係,可以有間房仔坐,無其他人望住食係會輕鬆啲。唔講咁多直入主題,一開始會有員工係大家面前快炒個雞鍋底,中途加入酒時係幾精彩,成件事已經令我覺得好香好好食。不得不提,個火鍋勺設計得好好用。個湯底好好飲,清清甜甜有淡淡椰香,碌下嘢食,自自然然又會想飲一啖,冰豆腐索哂啲湯底,變得更加好食。手工餃子同手打丸都整得非常好,手打丸夠彈牙。因為咩肉都想食,所以分別叫咗豚拼盤同牛拼盤,黑毛豬特別香濃,而和牛好出色,入口即溶,所以再追加咗一份和牛,食個夠。總結,打邊爐個湯底真係會令所有食材都加分,下次嚟個時會再試下其他湯底。而且環境都幾舒服,無咩壓迫感,值得再一試。
