呢間新開一排既牛More,門口睇岩左食咩就入去,門口有部自助點餐機,禁幾個制就order完,又幾方便wor店員安排我地坐低後,同我地講岀面有牛肉湯,沙津同飯都係任食架因為鋪頭唔算大,隔離就係取餐位,每舊扒都放上廚房紙店員介紹我地調味料有好幾款,其中Wasabi係自已磨岀來,叫我們必試店員放低隻碗,話當扒來到時可以先切一半係碗,免得過熟,因為扒來到時只有一成熟到,我地可以利用面前既烤板來煎熟牛扒,想要幾成熟都可以自已控制,我地點左牛柳 200g + 鵝肝,另一份係西冷牛扒 200g經過今次,我對牛柳改觀,平時岀面食親既牛柳都覺得肉質好厚好實,今次呢舊可能係因為自已燒可以控制到時間既關係,我覺得好食好多wor,肉質鮮嫩,脂肪又少,加埋呢度既自磨Wasabi,好香丫,真係無介紹錯鵝肝一煎必岀油脂,口感細緻綿密,加$30真係好抵朋友對西冷都大讚,話而家好少呢種形式,可以自己烤自己控制所有,同埋大家都覺得呢度牛既質素都偏高,呢個價錢真係幾扺呢度既白飯仲可以加飯素,貪心既我,落左好多,最開心係可以任食丫嗎,另外牛肉湯係用牛骨來熬製而成,牛味好濃
