元朗又有新搞作啦,行過千色店後面嗰條食街,見到佢新開咗一間叫mr.right嘅西餐廳, 裝修望落去簡潔而清新, 橫掂都唔知食乜,於是就同老公提議不如去試下新野 一坐低就放低咗份麵包招呼一下你個肚仔先。 等你可以慢慢食住揀睇下想食乜嘢晚餐 前菜揀咗個水牛芝士蕃茄沙律, 一上到枱 覺得個望落都幾特別 , 仲有點好奇沙律點解冇菜嘅… 原來呢一個係用分子料理, 我以為係個茄汁底,原來係一個啫喱 呢個燒春雞都好特別㗎 隻雞 外脆內嫩 不在話下 原來下面紅色嗰啲 係紅菜頭同埋薯蓉分子料理佐 一齊㗎 甜甜地粉粉地好幼滑好好味。 再嚟就係 朋友仔點 呢一個 煎鱈魚 煎得剛剛好夠曬嫩滑 而個汁料亦係分子料理咗嘅泡沫,巧特別。 同樣都係經過分子料理咗嘅 芒果 雪葩 甜品 除咗芒果裏面仲有其他雜果,啲泡沫 分子料理咗之後, 打到好幼細好creamy。 這一個是班蘭焦糖燉蛋份子料理 好香濃嘅 班蘭味道, 配埋落啲燉蛋豆味道好出色而且perfect match
