星期一至五這裏中午訂位都頗full  今早打來訂位時已被告知座位安排在『偏廳』原來即是餐廳扶手電梯旁的座位  (地方還真開陽) 兩人食飯也點不了多少菜   當中最令我印象深刻的是那一道萬豪特色燒豬脾原隻豬脾呈上  服務生作簡單介紹後  於我們面前把豬脾剪開大概也有5~6件  豬脾表面燒得很香脆  和吃烤乳豬的皮是一樣的薄  內裏肥瘦均勻醬料有兩款  一款是像泰式酸辣醬  另一款是用柚子醬調配而成的 (我沒記錯的話)兩款醬汁都有個共通點  就是都帶點酸甜酸甜的味道  配著吃都減低了豬脾的油膩感  讓人不其然地多吃了幾件個人較愛酸辣醬的味道  因為少少辣更開胃服務生解說燒豬脾都是即叫即做的  他們剪豬脾時更是燙手的要命所以我們才能吃到那豬脾皮如此香脆的口感難得的是脾肉燒得不乾柴  口感仍是juice另外點了碟桂花蟹肉瑤柱炒米粉 (忘了拍照)服務生很主動地問要不要幫我們分菜  真好!可是我們不須要  只有我們倆人  自己來動手就好米粉炒得不乾不濕  也不多油  很爽身  而料也落得很足  每一口也吃得到瑤柱&炒蛋&蟹肉份量也很大  大約分到4~5碗再加碟炒菜  這餐飽得我倆挺著肚子走服務生還

Other Info. : 入座時聽到有些客人不願坐偏廳,但我恰巧相反,覺得坐偏廳都幾好。 因為此處位置較光猛, 也沒正廳那麼人多吵雜, 傾計都好d, 而且服務生都很勤快, 也很有禮貌, 服務很到位。
