旺角近花園街新開了一間特色店,腸粉專門店[一條腸粉]。門面招牌已經吸引了途人的注意😂入到去就見到一部石磨機,現場即製腸粉餐廳用可擦式落單,既環保又清晰,唔怕記漏單。可能新開關係,好多牆上/餐牌上既食品都未有,唔緊要,最緊要有主角腸粉食。招牌潮式腸粉 $20原味已配生菜、芽菜、蔥,再另加了蛋($4)、豬肉($6),都只不過是$30,餡料已經非常豐富腸粉同平時酒樓既不同,外形皺皺的,以米漿蒸成再扭做麻花狀,就是潮式/台山腸粉的特色。吃下口感煙韌又帶點滑,餡料亦新鮮,只係豉油太多,蓋過了腸粉的米香味。另一款就加了冬菇、蠔仔,味道較鮮甜香口海豐小米 $28類似蒸粉果/魚皮餃,不過係用薯粉做既皮,口感較實淨,餡料就用豬肉加大地魚為主,味道一般。尖椒黃燘雞撈飯 $52另外叫了個雞撈飯,三色椒加雞球賣相吸引,份量剛剛好夠一個人食。雞肉煮得入味,再配上一碗紫菜蛋花湯,滿足!
