To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日去食魚生飯🤓，見唔使排隊就試下佢😬。佢門口有部 combine 測温同搓手液嘅機，一申手就可以度身温同清潔雙手，超有趣又貼心，我第一次見🤪。我同朋友第一次嚟食，見嗰 menul 有自選同 default bowl, 我唔想諗，點咗一個default 夏威夷風味 POH-KEH, 朋友就好有心思自己 build. 😉🦑🍣🥗. Tuna Poke (default bowl): 有吞拿魚、新鮮海帶、紫洋蔥、蟹子加鰹魚醬油🐠 吞拿魚刺身都ok, 但唔係好多油嗰種，海帶同紫洋蔥都好多🤗😬🤤 mix 咗飯好好味，我叫咗一半係salad, 成嗰 bowl 健康晒 😉💪朋友嗰個係按照個人喜好 💓，所以應該點 mix 都好味 😝餐廳裝修簡約，令人坐得舒服，但係佢係小店又多支持者，想坐好耐傾偈就唔 recommend,  香港租貴 😔 店內有 self serve area, 可以自己取水同餐具。😉💁
